Diamond Technology Institute is now a Design Thinking high school and is listed in the Design Thinking in Schools Directory which is a K-12 partnership with Stanford University’s d.school. Happenings
Ana Sanchez is the top student of the Class of 2020 at Diamond Technology Institute. Ana excels in math, science, and engineering. Her future plan is to pursue a career in the STEM field of computer science engineering. Ana loves a challenge and is always ready to help her school and community. She participated in student leadership last year and has a passion for volunteer work related to education. She tutors students for the Watsonville Public Library and The Science Workshop. Ana is consistently dedicated to educational improvement and is already taking Computer Science classes at Cabrillo College. Congratulations from all of us at Diamond Tech!

Diamond Tech blends academic and career technical education. The institute places high expectations on students, parents, teachers and administrators. The program and curriculum are based on a belief that students will be provided with a unique opportunity to prepare them to communicate, problem-solve, and perform authentic real-world tasks. Students will become competitive, competent, and highly skilled in order to meet the demanding standards of our time. During these years, in addition to career skills, students will obtain the essential concepts and course content that can lead them to a two or four year college program.
